I left there calmer and assured 1/13/2011

In today's world of seemingly ever-shorter doctor visits because 'the more patients seen in an hour, the more incentives paid by the health insurance company', this medical care team is swimming against the tide. I popped in for an opinion on a little issue that potentially could have been serious. The student who took my vitals was thorough and a fantastic listener. David Graves, the PA, spent as much time as I needed to talk things through. He offered several realistic options for treatment. I left there calmer and assured. Most importantly, he called me on Sunday afternoon to follow up! more
