These guys have no idea what they are doing. They will just try to sell you a new unit, even if you don't need one.

***Highly Recommended***\r I was having a serious A/C problem and needed repair quickly. 2 Cool was able to come out the same day. They were very prompt and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. My problem was diagnosed quickly and custom parts were available the next morning (saving me a lot of money). These guys are fair and honest. I seriously will not use another A/C company. more

I called 2 Cool out after i had already received 2 estimates for repairing my heat, apparently my heat strip was bad....they were 150.00 less than the other two companies!! They saved me 150.00! Thank you 2 Cool. more

I've always used 2 Cool Air Conditioning and requested Mike, who I've always relied on (as well as my neighbors), but they sent out another technician, I think his name was Robin or Robby. I was not as impressed. He's a nice guy, but not very knowledgeable and became flustered when it came to fixing my air. He had to come out 2 times and was on the phone the entire time to another technician/owner trying to figure out what his next step was in order to fix my air. If they aren't sending out Mike the next time, there will be no next time. more

They came and did a tune up for $29.95 and that was the only charge, Other companies usualy charge me for ""extras""! more

Had them out for 2nd opinion. the other company said i had to replace my unit, 2 Cool fixed for under $250.00! Awesome $5,000 down to $200 more

I called 2 Cool because i liked the name, the came out did a tune up to get me ready for the summer, the service guy was funny, friendly, and thourough. All in all it was a good experience. Thanks 2 Cool!! more

REALLY BAD DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY 11/1/2011

Mike is the service guy I dealt with. He sat in his truck and listened to talk radio most of the time. He talked on the cell phone and complained about the company and his boss the rest of the time. I think he charged for all that time he was complaining. He was rude to me as well. I would not recommend calling this company. more

This company has really bad service. The service man didn't seem to know what he was doing. His name was Mike. Based on other reviews I guess I'm not the only one. Several people have had a bad experience with the same guy. Don't get ripped off. more

BAD SERVICE 10/18/2011

As I can see from other reviews I'm not the only one who was creeped out by the bald service man they sent out. This guy spent more time telling me how he can run the company better than the owner, and how the owner thinks they are friends but he really hates him than he did on my air conditioner. I couldn't believe this guy was actually saying this stuff about his boss. My air conditioner was not blowing cold the next day and I had to call another company. They said they had also heard bad things about this company. more

WHAT A RIP OFF 10/2/2011

This company is terrible. Anyone that says other wise is probably a fake review done by the company. The weird bug eyed bald guy that showed up at my house was not only rude but he had to go back to his truck 10 times to get tools just to figure out what was wrong. Then he actually stuck a garden hose in my A/C drain line to try to clean it out. When he left my A/C leaked all over my ceiling, what a mess. I didn't even bother to call them back. I called someone else to fix the leak he caused. I wouldn't let this guy touch my A/C system with a ten foot pole. more

INCREDIBLE! 1/19/2011

My AC stopped working. 2Cool showed up in record time and replaced a fuse. That was it. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Nice!!! more

RIP OFF 5/29/2010

This company is a major rip off! When they found out that I had a warranty on my a/c unit, they stretched the service into 3 CALLS so that they could make money off the call fee because they couldn't make money on the part. The first call says what the problem is but yet they don't suggest replacing the part until the 3RD call. I can't imagine what they would do to an elderly person!. Then I checked with YORK parts to see if my warranty # was accessed to order the part they said they ordered and sure enough THEY DIDN'T ORDER THE PART!! They were taking an old part from the broken down units they store in the back of the shop on SR 54. Guess what? Right after my complaint they put a covering over the chain link fence so no one could see the broken down a/c's that they are stipping for parts! In closing, Mike is a thief & call someone else!! Cons: Unneeded Service Calls & Dishonest Repairman more

Can't Believe There Are Good People Out There 10/25/2009

I had an air conditioning company come out and tell me I needed a new system. 2 Cool came out for a FREE 2nd opinion and told me I did have a leak, but they could fix it for $400. My air conditioning unit is only 7 years old and the other company wanted to change it out for $5400. 2 Cool saved me $ 5 , 0 0 0 . 0 0 dollars!! Thank you very much 2 Cool.
