Their sales representatives forge signatures in order to scam you out of a cancellation fee. Their contract is for 1 year, it costs 2000 dollars, and will cost you 500 dollars to cancel. If you don't agree to the service, the sales rep will forge your signature and they will attempt to scare you out of the 500 dollars by "forwarding" it to their non-existent legal department. I assume there are two people in this "company" that go from business to business scamming unsuspecting, trusting people. more

Tried an ad in their solana beach area coverage and although it took a little long for the ad to come out, I’m very happy with the results. There is not a day goes by without hearing from one of my customers that they saw my ad on someone’s fridge or their own fridge even, I even had a customer saying they used the emergency instructions cause their daughter got bit by a black widow and now they understand how is important to have this guide on the fridge as a constant reminder of what really needs to be done in emergency cases while waiting for help. My customers see my ad on a daily bases, no other product can do that and especially for such a great price. Love it!!! more

My name is rodney annin and i am the owner of annin plumbing, I started my business relationship with 1yellowpage1 3 years ago and still till today I am getting phone calls from customers that kept their page. I visited their office a few times and I have to say that every time I go there it's a great experience, they are a small family oriented company that cares a lot about their clients. I also ordered business cards and car magnets from them, the prices were fair, quality was amazing they took my logo and redesigned it, they delivered on time and I am very happy with them and would recommend everybody to try them, you would not regret it. Is a company that does a lot of amazing projects for the community, we help saving lives, provide jobs to disabled kids, help the childrens hospital, and help local businesses grow. we have over 750 customers and most of them are very happy with us and our services. Our company grew very fast in the past few years while other ad companies are going out of business, which made our competitors pretty angry.We know for a fact that most of the bad reviews here are not real and I will ask everybody to please disregard it. Those reviews are using fake names, are full of lies and dont even make sense. I invite every person who wants to check our company to come to our office and get to know us personally and see how hard we work to make our customers happy. We will also be happy to provide you with a list of customers that you will be able to talk with and ask about us. Now as for fake Mr. Goldberg, we tried to find you in our records and although we have over 750 customers we couldnt find anyone by the name of Frank Goldberg so I doubt this review to be true. If you are a real customer please reveal your name, and understand that we cant have so many customers and keep them all happy (although we are realy realy trying, no type of advertising is working for everybody)we have never took anyones money and didnt provide service, you can ask the other 749 happy customers we have. I promise you, that if you would call us and come to meet us we would be able to understand your problem better and do our best to solve it. now, if you are a competitor who tries to trash our name Please cease and decease, COMPETITION IS A HEALTHY THING, IT JUST PUSHES YOU TO GREATNESS!!!. more

The salesman David Heckenberg is a complete and total liar. They do not provide services as promised and have been sued several times in the past few months. They lost two cases for breech of contract in the last three months. Beware of these guys. They have bad reviews everywhere except where they wrote them themselves and it is pretty obvious. more

The salesman David came to my business in June 2010 after setting up an appointment and upon arrival gave a presentation on what this company would provide for my advertising dollar. The only catch was that I had to sign up that day to get a "Great Deal". I now regret ever having done business with them and this is why... They promised that for several hundred dollars their advertisement would be printed and distributed by September 2010. I had set up payment on a monthly payment plan to avoid paying all at once. The final payment was to be made a month after printing. After September passed without being notified that their publication had been printed someone called me to inform me that my last TWO payments of $200 were due sometime in November. Needles to say I was hesitant to pay for a publication that had not been distributed as promised. I asked for a statement to be mailed to me and it never arrived. I gave up on them thinking I had been ripped off. It is now April of 2011 and the first of two advertisements has just been distributed according to an information packet I received last month. This month someone called my office to inform me that they were a process server and that they would be coming to my office to inventory my things because a judgment had been issued against my company for "Deceptive business practices". My things were to be sold at auction to recover the "$700 in outstanding debt". I knew it was B.S. and called the number they dialed from only to find out that they are a collections company looking to collect on my debt. The sum owed to them has been inflated by at least 300% by the collections company. I am now in the process of calling other advertisers to compare their problems with this company to mine to file a lawsuit against them for fraud and breech of contract.They have posted an obviously shill review on this site and others. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THEM. more

My experience with 1YellowPage1 was great from the start, and I almost said no! I was first contacted on the phone by them by a person who set up an appointment with one of their sales reps. I was hesitant at first because I know advertising can be expensive, but the person on the phone was SOOO nice and helpful. I eventually met with a salesman at my office (he came to me!) who explained to me about the page and what it has to offer. He said my business would have exclusivity and appear as the only one of it's type on the page. He told me that by purchasing one area, my ad would be distributed to 10,000 homes. I thought that was great, but then he told me something even better! They are a green business! It gave me peace of mind to know I was saving trees AND helping the community by providing jobs for adults with disabilities. He explained to me that they work with an organization called ARC which helps find employment for people with disabilities. I said that all sounded great, but what was it going to cost because 10,000 homes seemed like it would drive the price up? Surprisingly it was very fairly priced compared to most other advertising! I would get SO much for so little. I was amazed and signed up that day. It only got better after that. They were all a pleasure to work with and my ad was designed exactly the way I wanted and was beautiful. A few months later the edition was published and I couldn't believe the number of calls I got. my phone started ringing a lot. Thank you SO much 1YellowPage1. You delivered on all of the promises you made and helped my business grow beyond my expectations. You're all awesome! more
