I have been with Joe from 1st Rate Auto going back to the days of 1st Class Auto Repair. Joe and his team has been working on all my cars for approximately 13 years. My daughter is now a loyal customer. The give great service at very affordable prices and they do exceptional work. Everyone always told me to take my cadillac to a cadillac dealer, but I have always trusted my baby in the hands of 1st Rate Auto. Stephanie T. more

My car is getting up there in years, and it's not beautiful anymore, but the guys at 1st Rate help me keep it going safely without charging me a fortune or trying to get me to do work it doesn't need. I trust them to give me an honest assessment of what actually needs to be done now, and what isn't important or can wait a bit. I've moved to another city recently and still end up taking my car to them when I'm back in town, because their services are hard to replace. more

I have been taking my truck to 1st Rate Auto for a few month now and every experience has been an excellent one. The customer service is great. They take the time to go over what is going on with you vehicle and what services they will perform. The prices are fair and you get your vehicle back the same day. You can also keep track of your maintenance of you vehicle on their website which is a nice touch. more

Joe, Ron and the guys at 1st Rate Auto always explain and demonstrate what procedures they performed to your vehicle. They also show great competency as qualified (well, in my mind the best) mechanics as your automobile will certainly be fixed. The service is spectacular and the results top of the line. more
