I've been going to 1st Rate Auto & Truck Repair for years. Joe, the owner, is very respectful and knowledgeable about his business. He explains everything to up front about the issue with your vehicle(s) and the cost of the repairs. A very good place to go and not too far from where I reside. more

I absolutely love the services that I have received from 1st Rate Auto. They have lived up to all the great reviews that led me to their business. I was having car trouble with my vehicle and was looking for a new mechanic. My first interaction with the staff of 1st Rate was definitely 1st rate ! Each member of the staff, especially Joe and Ronnie really take the time to explain every service they provide as well as how the various parts they are putting into your car works. They take every necessary step to ensure that you are satisfied before driving off the lot. In addition to the great service, the prices are great as well. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for quality auto repair/maintenance shop. more

Quality service friendly mechanics and no price gouging. 3/20/2014

Quality service. The mechanics are all friendly and efficient and there is no price gouging. I had a small bend in a rim of one of the tires on my car. Rather than have me buy a new rim they took the time to bang out the bend and it was fixed perfectly. I knew than i found my new auto repair shop. more

Joe, Ron and staff are the best in the field. I have an 1989 Ford Escort. When all others tell me to replace her, Joe understands I am more than emotionally connected. He still treats my car like a newborn baby. Thanks Joe more

honest, friendly and affordable 2/1/2014

Had full confidence in repair shop at the first. Reviewed service and price with me before work began. Gave me an honest assessment of work that needed to get done, and completed job while i waited, without an appointment. Really liked owner of garage a lot, and showed that he was the bomb, because he was there on a snowy Saturday when he probably didn't need to be there. Its the type of place where you go once and return for life. its hard to find a trust worthy repair shop. more
