192 Camera is the best place to find great quality product, a knowledgeable staff, and first class customer service. I was shopping all over town and i could not find a place that could help me with buying a phone that i could use because i broke my old one and tmobile was going to charge me $500.00 for a replacement. when i got to 192 camera i saw a lot of phones conveniently displayed. a representative came over and i told him the situation and he showed a lot of courtesy and concern for my predicament. once i told him the type of things i like to do on a phone he showed me a great one that fit me perfectly. since i have had the phone i have been very happy with it.192 camera is a great place to buy without any remorse. more

Thieves is all you can find there. We came to this place wondering for a professional and honest people, but unfortunately we were caught by thieves. Refurbished itens (not declared at the presentation), and extremely abusive prices. We were stolled in more than US1,000.00 by this garbage people. Thieves. Shame on you. I´ll do my best to broadcast who you are.Dec/2013. more

En este lugar siguen estafando y no es posible que no se pueda hacer nada contra ellos. Me vendieron una càmara que sale a mitad de precio. Embaucan a la gente. Fui atendida por un Señor llamado Franco con cara de peruano. Son unos ladrones more

192 CAMERACOM \r Merchant Address: 14851 S APOPKA VINELND RD\r ORLANDO\r FL\r 32821-5611 \r \r This place ripped me off, I went in to buy a camera cleaner and a memory card. They charged me for an item I asked a question about and they were packing it up I told them I didn't want to buy that and the dude tells me they can't issue a refund. I told them that there should be no refund needed since I didn't authorize them to charge my card for that, so the manager came out and said I just need to sign the slip and then they will issue the refund. I signed the paper and waited and the manager came back after I waited 10 minutes and told me they can't issue a refund at this time. I called AMEX in front of them, the people/immigrants that work here refused to talk to AMEX authorizations department to issue a refund and then they told me they don't do refunds only exchanges. I never authorized the charge in the first place but I was dumb enough to sign the slip since this is common practice at my store you need to sign the slip in order to issue a refund then sign the second refund slip. They are a rip off avoid at all costs!! It's be great if they just disappeared from Earth. more

192 Camera now ripping off tourists at a new location 4/21/2012

192 Camera at 8204 Crystal Clear Lane in Orlando across from Best Buy got an extra $100 out of me on a purchase by outright lying. I looked every where for a neon green Sony VAIO 15.5"" laptop and thought I got lucky when I seen the large SONY sign out front and stopped in and they had one fro sale, till after I spent $900 and realized they lied to me. They told me the laptop came in two RAM memory sizes, a 250 and a 500GB and the 500GB was a $100 more, so I bought the larger one made more sense and said OK and bought it. Then after the sale I googled it and realized they only came in a 500GB RAM to start with. I went back after the purchase and asked what RAM memory size that laptop came in and the same salesperson told me 320GB and 500GB. He couldn't even remember the previous lie he told me to tell the same lie twice. So I asked if he had a 320GB I could look at and he said he was all out. How convenient, especially since they didn't exist to begin with.\r \r And when I first googled the address it showed a massage parlor was in that location previously that was shut down for giving massages with ""Happy Endings"", so no surprise the property owners let another scam business in that location. \r \r The mall owners are probably from the same foreign country as the 192 camera owners and probably getting free Government business start-up money and huge tax breaks from us hard working American tax payers. That would explain why I saw the 192 camera business owner get into an expensive Mercedes in the parking lot. more

Went there without knowing what camera to take to my Cruise for advise. After frustrating shopping on Best buy and Walmart where no body knows or don't even talk to you here I found some really cool guys with a lot of expertise, not only they sold me an awesome camera but they also teach me how to really take pictures... and ohh.. boy my cruise pictures are fantastic, I will go as far as said these are the best pictures I ever took, and all I took was for me to visit this store and their sales people to guide me thru.... If you need ANY electronics don't even think twice to give them a visit. more

Dont Get Beat Like Us DO NOT SHOP HERE 6/17/2008

I have purchased a petax e10 from them on Saturday and took pictures to find out that the pictures where bad quality. I went back on Sunday and asked for an upgrade and the told me the pentax t20 is a much better camera but was more money a total of $470.00 so I took it. I go home and look up the camera and I can buy all day long for no more the $200.00 in which is a new camera the one the sold is a refurbished unit. Please DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. DO NOT GET SCREWED BY THEM. I hope this will save somebody some money. Pros: NONE Cons: RIP OFF AND MOSTLY ALL REFURBISHED PRODUCTS more

Buying cameras 4/28/2008

The store has a huge inventory of electronic equipment. I left my camera home and needed a good, inexpensive camera for my vacation. The owner was nice and gave me a 'discount.' Later on, I noticed that my receipt stated that the camera was refurbished. Had I known this, I would have haggled more. Long story short, my camera stopped working. When I brought it in to get it replaced, the employee refused stating there was water in it. It's possible some water entered the camera while on my cruise. The kids were playing with it a lot and may have short-circutted it. The employee and I went back and forth. I wasn't convinced that I caused the problem. I gave him my memory card. He stated he will try to get the lost pictures for me. I will repost once I have an update. Remember, haggle, haggle, haggle for the refurbished items. They won't tell you it's refurbished. They'll give you all sorts of excuses. Also, I don't like the 'all sales are final' policy this store has. Pros: Lots of merchandise Cons: Mostly refurbished, at least that was the case for me. more
