We had a dying Huge Bull pine removed from our back garden recently and Paul by far gave us the best estimate. I couldn't believe it could be removed in a day, but the team that came out was incredible. They worked fast and were friendly throughout. We also had one of Pauls teams trim the lollypop shaped ficus in front...it looks like a real tree now and again, I'd definitely recommend them. more

I called twice to have some stuff picked up. Each time Paul said he would call me later in the day at a specific after another job was finished and come do the work. I never heard from him either time. Finally I gave up and used someone else.\r \r Hey Paul: if the job is too small for you, etc., JUST TELL PEOPLE THAT instead of wasting their time. more

I was looking to get my trees trimmed, my yard detailed and my shrubs all trimmed up. The yard was over grown as I hadn’t done anything for several years. So I went online and came across 888-Cleanup. I noticed on google they had all five star reviews and one negative review. At first I was skeptical about using them, but I called and talked with Paul. After talking to him for several minutes I could tell he was very knowledgeable. I set up an appointment to meet with him. He came over the next morning and we went over the scope of work that I wanted done; he gave me a proposal. The next morning he came with his team. Not only did he do everything we agreed, they also cleaned out my flower beds at no extra charge. When his team left everything was extremely clean and my yard looked beautiful. Dealing with Paul was a nightmare! First, he was late with EVERY promised phone call or visit. He agreed to cut down a tree & remove the stump in my front yard. When he left, he said that they had to leave a pile of wood chips over the area that used to have to stump, and it would settle into the hole. Later when I was raking the yard to level it out for sod, we discovered that under the wood chips was NOT a hole, but a BIG hump of tree stump! When I contacted Paul to have him come back to grind the stump down more, he responded with ""well, I'm not going to make a special trip to come out there"". After a few phone calls back and forth trying to get him to come out before my sod arrived, he got irate and said he should have charged me more. Well, sorry, that's not my problem you think you undercharged me, but that doesn't make it ok to not finish the job! Apparently, he doesn't accept criticism well because then he said ""stop lecturing me, I'm not your kid"" and hung on me. He wouldn't answer or return any of my phone calls after that. Several days later (after we hired another company to finish the job), he drove by and said ""I told you we would come back"".......uh, I don't think so! more
