I wanted to take a little time out of my day today to write about Hansons customer service. One of their sales reps (Jeffrey Kelly) left my home not more than 15 minutes ago after meeting me to give me an estimate on window replacement. I felt compelled to write this because I was simply blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness shown to me by this sales rep. I am a new customer to Hansons, and I can't express how refreshing it is to see such a level of professionalism and concern for even such a minor customer as myself. I bought this house ~4 years ago and have been rebuilding it from the ground up. One major issue we needed to resolve on the house was window replacement (the only job to date that I have decided to contract out rather than tackle on my own), and I have had some pretty terrible experiences with other major companies in the construction field even with something as simple as an estimate and a quote for window replacement. In my line of work I am heavily involved in presenting a professional attitude and exceptional customer service to our clients, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that Jeff not only represented the company in the most professional manner possible, but also had an extremely competent knowledge of their products (the demonstrations were superb). I know it seems like a little thing to be professional and courteous, but it makes all the difference in the world. I just wanted to say that Hansons has a customer for life - and I haven't even had the product installed yet. \r
