I wanted to take a little time out of my day today to write about Hansons customer service. One of their sales reps (Jeffrey Kelly) left my home not more than 15 minutes ago after meeting me to give me an estimate on window replacement. I felt compelled to write this because I was simply blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness shown to me by this sales rep. I am a new customer to Hansons, and I can't express how refreshing it is to see such a level of professionalism and concern for even such a minor customer as myself. I bought this house ~4 years ago and have been rebuilding it from the ground up. One major issue we needed to resolve on the house was window replacement (the only job to date that I have decided to contract out rather than tackle on my own), and I have had some pretty terrible experiences with other major companies in the construction field even with something as simple as an estimate and a quote for window replacement. In my line of work I am heavily involved in presenting a professional attitude and exceptional customer service to our clients, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that Jeff not only represented the company in the most professional manner possible, but also had an extremely competent knowledge of their products (the demonstrations were superb). I know it seems like a little thing to be professional and courteous, but it makes all the difference in the world. I just wanted to say that Hansons has a customer for life - and I haven't even had the product installed yet. \r \r \r more

I was most satisfied with the professionalism of the installers from 1-800-Hansons. We did not find any nails or trash laying around when they left.\r \r We received three estimates from other companies and we chose 1-800-Hansons because they offered us the product with the best quality and the best guarantee. \r \r We wanted something that fit our budget but addressed what was needed on the house. They helped us find a solution. more

We were using another window company that went out of business, and I was supposed to get my windows in the week that Hansons took over. They honored the agreement and the cost of the other company that we had. I really commend the owner for doing that. I guess he knew the owner of the company that I had done business with at first, and he honored the deposit and the price of the windows. That was really a nice thing for him to do. I'm sure that other people have had the same experience, and they appreciate it too. It's a nice thing to do. That was probably the best part of our experience. more

The representative that came to our house in Maumee was really good. He actually showed us everything, and answered all of our questions. He seemed like he knew a lot about windows, and showed us that they wouldn't break. We have not had any problems. The windows look good and they arrived early. We did consider having Wallside do the windows. We heard that Hansons did a good job, so we called them, and I liked what he showed me better than what Wallside had to offer. I was just very pleased with the way everything went. A happy customer from the Toledo area! more

This is the third time I have had Hansons windows installed since last year. I love their work and couldn?t be more satisfied with our salesman James Ray and how the installation went. Everyone was very professional, and the quality of my new windows is great especially for what I ended up paying. Will I call 1-800-hansons again? Definitely. My experiences have gone so well that I look forward to getting more work done by Hansons in the future. more

Cares about their customers 3/15/2010

Our windows needed to be replaced, so we called 1-800-hansons to get an estimate. Our salesman was absolutely wonderful; he was not pushy, answered our questions, made us feel comfortable about the installation process and cared about the financial situation we are going through. He also allowed us to get extra work done that we otherwise would not have been able to get completed for a very long time. My husband and I are so happy with the way we were treated ? you can tell that Hansons Windows really cares about their customers. I have never experienced a company that cared this much and I honestly would not have any other company do the work for us. Pros: Great company more

My windows look amazing 2/28/2010

During this tough economic time, replacing my windows was not on my to-do list. However, we were losing so much heat through the old windows we had and decided to have a few home improvement companies give us estimates on how much it would cost to replace them. Our Hansons Window rep, Ben, was the third person to come out, and he could not have done a better job ? he was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Hansons works with you no matter what your financial situation is and they did an excellent job. We are SO happy with our new windows. Our energy bills are a fraction of what they used to be and they look amazing. Pros: Great sales rep, lowered energy bills, good price more

Hansons Rocks 2/19/2010

I can not express enough what a wonderful company Hansons Windows has been to deal with. Hansons put in a whole houseful of windows for me quite a while ago. Just recently, I had to call regarding leakage between the panes. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The young man that came to measure the glass was very courteous and prompt. When the glass came in, the office staff called me to set up a date and time. The Hansons installers were here on time, did a fantastic job and left absolutely no mess. I also received a follow-up call the next day to make sure that I was pleased with the results. All I can say is ?1-800-HANSONS, Your rock when it comes to service!?. Pros: Above-par service more
