They were very professional. Some of them didn't speak English very well, but they did good work. The project coordinator was always there to translate. I would highly recommend them. I tell everyone about Hansons. The job got done quickly and seemed to go effortlessly. Nothing in my experience I can find is wrong so far. more

Hansons did a professional job. They were nice workers who did everything that was asked. Both installer groups were awesome, but the first didn't have the straps for the installation. I'm not perfect either, so it didn't bother me at all. Everything was handled just the way I wanted it to be, so I didn't even consider anyone else. They did a very very good job, all the way around. I was very satisfied with all three teams that came to my home. The window team, roofing team, and door team all worked together and did not mess around getting the job done in a timely manner. more

The guy who came, the work crew, John, was very very helpful and nice. He did a super job. It was all done very well, and I'm really satisfied. I considered two or three other contractors, but David the salesman did a nice job. He didn't push me. I was impressed. The installers were very friendly, but they didn't go through and double-check. I would suggest that they go back through the installation site and be sure that they didn't miss any debris or glass. We found pieces of glass on the floor that could have hurt my daughter. The salesman, Marty, was excellent. He was very thorough. If we had any questions, he answered them. The workmanship on the outside was excellent. more

Last year I purchased replacement windows from Hansons. To be honest, it was a complete shot in the dark. We had several companies give us quotes and the prices were all pretty comparable to theirs. The sole factor that made us choose Hansons was the comfort level we felt with the sales rep, Ben Love. Additionally, once the windows were installed we were overwhelmingly satisfied with the quality of the work. Even the contractors were eager to please when we expressed some concerns during installation. To me, it's clear that their philosophy of excellent customer service works. Recently my wife and I decided that it was time to have siding installed and without even seeking multiple qoutes, we scheduled a an appointment with Hansons and Alex Fago (who is also an outstanding employee) sold us siding which is to be installed 6-8 weeks from now. We couldnt be more excited to have a house makeover. I'm confident that we'll be just as satisfied as when we purchased windows. Thank goodness that Hansons runs such a great company. more

Hansons sales people keep preying on my 78 year old widow grandmother. Their high pressure sales people go door to door looking for people like her to take advantage of. Last year they convinced her she needed new gutters on her house at the cost of $3000, they even made her sign a contract! Luckily there is a 10 day period that you can back out of the contract. When we contacted Hansons to cancel they offered a $1000 discount. We had new gutters installed on her house by another local home improvement company for $800. Now Hansons keeps trying to rip her off on new windows. Hansons is a deplorable business, I wish they would leave my grandmother alone! more

I needed a new roof and got quotes from a few companies. I have to say though, that Hansons Windows offered me the best product and price. I couldn?t have been more impressed with the installers that came out also. They were polite, clean, and did a heck of a job. You bet I?ll be calling 1-800-hansons again soon to get my siding done as well. Our roof needed work desperately, as did the siding and gutters on the exterior of our home. After we had our Hansons sales representative out to give his presentation, we were 100% sure that we wanted Hansons Windows to do the work for us. The presentation he showed us was very informative, and he was knowledgeable ? there wasn?t even one question that he couldn?t answer for us. When the installation occurred, our installers were timely, cleaned their work area, were polite and respectful. Although I hadn?t planned on purchasing windows at this time, I couldn?t turn down the offer our Hansons windows salesman offered. What a great deal! The exterior of our home was such a mess before we had Hansons Windows install vinyl siding. Our previous siding was chipped, dated, and unflattering. The day our new siding was installed, we were happy to display our 1-800-hansons windows lawn sign because we were so proud of and happy with the work that they did. I can not express enough what a wonderful company Hansons Windows has been to deal with. Hansons put in a whole houseful of windows for me quite a while ago. Just recently, I had to call regarding leakage between the panes. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The young man that came to measure the glass was very courteous and prompt. When the glass came in, the office staff called me to set up a date and time. The Hansons installers were here on time, did a fantastic job and left absolutely no mess. When we received our estimate from Hansons windows, the salesman answered every single question we had. He was kind, easy going, understood our situation, and was always available to us even after we decided to get the work done. i got replaced the roof on my home with hansons in 2008.they pulled a fast one on my financing and i had to get financed thro my bank last minute or i was going to be sued....very shady wording on their contracts read it carefully......... the roof itself is fine and i even got a warranty on the roof, their best package deal so i was told. over the coarse of the winter all of my gutters and eaves fell off my home. in the spring i called hansons to have them rehang them, thinking that would be covered under my warranty. i was told by the secretary and the manager that it was not covered under my warranty. even tho it was their men who took them off and rehung them to do the roof. im still fighting with them to hang these back up and they are very rude about it. i would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
