I have been working with 180 Fusion for about six months. My floral business has seen significant improvements in search engine results since I hired them. I started with PPC and have been pleased with what i have seen so far. My account manager Ben is approachable and always answers my emails quickly. Can't say enough great things about 180fusion 7/22/2014

I've been with 180fusion since 2011. Even though we still haven't dialed in on SEO (more due to our own company's lack of research) their PPC strategies have worked wonders on us. It takes a lot of work, so expect to be very involved in the early stages. After a few weeks you will get the traction you're hoping. We work with lead gen (not products) so it may be different in your experience, but I've personally referred 180fusion to a few colleagues who are specifically in e-commerce and have seen the same results. Their performance really comes down to how much you know about your business and what you want out of it through paid search. They're a great team and asset to our business. more

Reliable customer service 7/9/2014

Great ppc team 5/9/2014

I signed up for ppc express and at first I thought I wasn't going to hear from these guys at all due to my "low spend" but boy was I wrong. When ever I had a question I would get a reply right away. They even called me a couple of times when they saw that my campaign could improve. I never felt like they were doing anything without my knowledge, which I really appreciated because I signed up with 180fusion after doing this on my own and having anotjer company screw up my adword campaigns. I had trouble understanding my first set of reports but they called to explain everything after a simple email. Talk about great service!! I am currently talking to them about my website design. And look forward to work with them on that. I recommend the fine people at 180 fusion for all internet marketing needs you may have more

High Quality SEO 4/16/2014

I was doing research on showing up organically on Google in the natural section after forking over thousands in paid search. I was initially impressed with the first rep that I spoke with and the thorough analysis outlining exactly what needed to be done. I signed up slightly reluctantly but I must say, I have to recommend these guys to anyone who is not my competitor! I had 180fusion redesign my website and it really improved. Not only does it look better but it's easier for my customers to navigate as well. With the seo they suggested they cleaned up all my broken links and they helped with my on sight optimizations as well. I really have these guys to thank for making my website much more effective and profitable. The only issue I had was some communication at the start but once that got settled we were cruising. 180fusion really is the best. more

Solid PPC 2/19/2014

I'm having 180 fusion do my pay per click advertising on Google and they are doing a great job. I can see my website getting more visitors and our phone is ringing more than before (not common during our slow season). I wish I could talk to my account manager more than once a month but its hard to complain about that when they are getting results without me babysitting them :) more

Upon having a local SEO company handle my SEO and they reviewed the tactics 180fusion used for my SEO it appears that 180fusion actually significantly damaged my URL rankings and the URL is being severely penalized because of the methods your company attempted. I have been advised that I may be best to completely change my URL due to the severity of the damage. The promises that were made were never done. more

Terrible Company!!!!! 12/17/2013

They reached out to me, promised they can do so much better on CPC (cost per click - google ad words) They persuaded me to sign up for 3 months and guess what... after spending over $2500 - I lost every month at least 50% profit in comparison to the previous year, and the previous months. As soon as I took over my sales went back up 50% ;-)... I lost over $45,000 I called to ask for a full refund which they refused!!!! Poor business decision. 180 Fusion SUCKS!!!!! They were not able to perform up to their promises and did a lot worse than I did myself.... DO NOT USE!!!! Save yourself the money - Google associates will give you a free advise and analysis of your campaign at any time - FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!!!! more

I dont even believe its a trustworthy company- wouldn't use in my opinion. They offer nothing in writing I wouldnt give my credit card with out anything in writing and told them I was using my regular web designer they rudely attacked my decision and said I was making a mistake and i would learn the hard way more

I have always been skeptical of SEO companies even after researching them. I took the suggestion of my friend, who has had them do work for him before. I see some negative reviews about how hard it is to get a hold of the account manager, but, I have never had that problem and honestly I don't care as long as they do what they promise. And they did. I have a national product site and they have been able to generate more business for me than any other of the six companies I have tried before. I'm not giving 5 stars simply because I believe that there is always room for improvement but I highly recommend them to anyone looking for online advertising. more

I searched high and low to find a company that could provide the SEO services for my site based on the recommendation of my friend. I'm glad I did because my account manager actually listened to what I wanted and got me the results as promised. My site now ranks on the front page and I have sold a ton of my products because of it. more

My account rep was hard to reach, there was never any evidence a campaign ever even ran on my account, and they don't offer refunds. I had better luck running my own campaign with Google. more

Reviews look suspicious 8/30/2012

I hate when companies post their own reviews... The positive reviews appear scripted and unnatural... Also, the posters only give one review on one site and never come back? People that post reviews on websites have a tendency to post on other services... Looks fishy to me... more
