The checked me in quickly and the lady at the counter was friendly. It really did take only 15 minutes which was perfect because I was in a hurry.

They informed me after the test that my car won't pass since the "check engine light was on" usually a new gas cap will remedy this problem. Now I have to bring the car back and p...

Very helpful, but it would have been nice if someone had told me that since my check engine light was was on that it could effect the passing of the test. This cost me an additional $60.00 for the test and another $30.00 to retest. more

A Complete Fraud 11/18/2011

I had a terrible experience here. These fraudsters failed my vehicle, even though it passed all required tests. My auto repair shop had performed a tune-up just a week prior and gave it a clean bill of health. Following the smog test ""fail"", I took the vehicle back to my auto shop and they confirmed the vehicle was in compliance with all tests. They also indicated that this so called ""smog shop"" has a habit of failing cars that should otherwise pass. This business is a fraud and should be shut down. Do NOT take your care here. Also, it will take over 2 hours, not 15 minutes... more

Overprice and False Advertising 10/23/2009

This place is way overpriced. It's NOT 15 minutes. I waited over an hour! Clerk takes my $55 and tells me to drive my car for 70 miles and come back so that the car computer will reset. The other rave reviews here are probably from employees and friends. This place is joke! Didn't help me any or give me a smoothie! 70 miles then come back......Are you kidding???? more

My favorite place! 6/11/2009

My truck is really old and hard to get to pass sometimes but I never have a problem with it at 15 Minute Smog. Gary is a great guy and very friendly! I did have to wait for about 30 minutes but it was because there was a few cars ahead of me. The good thing about waiting was that they gave me a coupon to go get a FREE smoothie from next door! I'm for sure going to continue using this place for all my smog checks. more

I was so impressed with this place that I took both of my cars there. One time I went when they were not busy at all and they got me right in and right out. The second time I went they were pretty busy, but they were getting people out as fast at they could. It did take me a little longer the second time around but it is to be expected when there are about 4 other cars ahead of you. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I had a great experience at 15 Minute Smog and will continue to take my cars there and refer all of my friends. more

They did a great job at 15 minute smog, the staff, both in the office and in the shop was friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and they even helped me out with a new gas cap. I was so impressed I wrote this review. more
