My Audi A6 randomly switches from A/C to warm air after a couple of hours of driving. Dave was able to run full diagnostics to rule out several possible causes, and identify exactly what needs to be replaced, which we will do in the spring of 2016. more

I happened to stop in to have my headlight bulb changed. Much price than the dealership! Both the service advisor and mechanic were kind and prompt. I had a great conversation with another customer while waiting for my brief service. I'll gladly return when any issues arise. more

Turned my 2005 Audi A6 over to Dave Meyer for a winter prep and a solution to a recurring A/C problem. Historically, this car always went to the dealership for maintenance, as that's what my late wife preferred. Dave found a few things that needed doing, solved the A/C problem, and gave me some tips on how to prevent furry creatures from setting up shop in our garage. Definitely full service! Their prices aren't cheap, but neither are those at dealerships, and I've always found the Larchmere team to be skilled, personable and trustworthy. In my view, definitely worth the money to ensure quality work and a safe, reliable ride. I've been taking my 1993 BMW 325i to Larchmere for over 15 years, and have always been impressed with their ability to diagnose the source of problems and render effective fixes in a timely way. Definitely the go-to guys for my two aging German rides. more

The guys at Larchmere were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They gave me a quote in advance that was exactly what they charged me and even gave me a loaner while they did the work. The guy who actually performed the work called and explained it to me in plain English. I will definitely be back next time my car needs serviced! more
