Charging $10 prix-fixe for a three-course dinner, this place is simply the best value in Manhattan; and Eve, the proprietress, treats you like family. I don't know why it isn't mobbed by Columbia students, or why Eve hasn't moved out of her closet-sized enclave, but for the moment at least, it remains an amazingly well-kept secret.
