We are looking for a middle eastern restaurant in brooklyn there are many more but I found on internet that 1001 Nights Restaurant is the best middle eastern restaurant in Brooklyn NY..We went there for get together with friends and we had lots of fun...everything is perfect food, belly dancing & service is also quick. more

I Love 1001 Nights Restaurant So Much. 6/18/2012

As someone who grew up in a neighborhood with a lot of Middle Eastern flavor, I KNOW good Middle Eastern food. And 1001 Nights Restaurant knows how to do it! Deee-lish! Not to mention the staff there is super friendly & nice - and they get you in & out of the place in a timely fashion especially when you happen to mention that you've got a class to get too soon. The prices are also very fair. I love 1001 Nights Restaurant so much. more

I love the food at 1001 Nights Restaurant, very worth the price. Had the lamb shish kebab and it made me full like hell, could not finished it even though it's really good. Quality & the taste of the food is really amazing...on top of that the service is very smooth the staff never let you wait too long. I love everything here the food, ambiance, the decor. This place gives me a different taste which i never got at any Middle Eastern restaurant. Thanks a lot 1001 Nights Restaurant. more

1001 Nights Restaurant is an excellent restaurant. This is the type of place you can go with friends, a date or family. It's lively, yet it can be intimate too. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was friendly, patient and had no problem recommending some of his favorites on the menu. In fact, he recommended to me a special that wasn't on the menu and they had one more left cook up for me. I forget the name unfortunately, which I wish I could, because it was delicious! It was a chicken dish, with roasted tomatoes, hummus and rice. The chicken had amazing flavor and came out so tender. The hummus was amazing. Everyone else enjoyed their meals very much as well. If you're in the mood for Middle Eastern Food, please try out this lovely restaurant! more

Great experience at 1001 Nights Restaurant. 4/25/2012

I came 1001 Nights Restaurant for dinner with my fiance and we were not disappointed. We both ordered lamb shish kebab and there was a LOT of wonderful dishes in the large menu, which is great! We both also had the some appts. khannum, Tok Oshi Dolma, which were very good. I think we'll check out the samsa, which sounded amazing. The owner, was very gracious and fun to talk to & service is top class. Great experience at 1001 Nights Restaurant. more

The Place is Clearly The Best Place For Middle Eastern Cuisines NYC. 2/13/2012

Terrific food and a warm, friendly, casual atmosphere at 1001 Nights Restaurant. I was new to middle eastern food and have tried almost everything on the menu and really like it all. I love the Yangilik salad, all the appetizers (esp the Fish Gizhduvan-- I wouldn't have thought it was Fish Gizhduvanin there, but it was delicious) , the lamb and chicken standards are great too. If they have a fish special, give it a try. Don't be shy about asking questions about they food -- they will take their time and explain. The place is clearly the best place for middle eastern cuisines NYC. Go and enjoy !! more

Best Middle Eastern Restaurant NYC. 10/13/2011

I feel that a restaurant should not just be judged by food but also by the experience it provides. I felt that the food, friendly service and atmosphere of the 1001 Nights Restaurant were a perfect match. The Lamb Shish Kebab was very good . The samsa & plov is also amazingly delicious. I do feel that the 1001 Nights Restaurant is the Best Middle Eastern Restaurant NYC. more

1001 Nights Restaurant is delicious. First of all, the guys behind the counter are very friendly and appreciate new customers coming in to sample their foods. I arrived and mentioned that it was my first time, but that I'd heard good things. This place offers reasonable but fantastic Middle Eastern Cuisine to customers, i have ordered shish kebab & some appetizers taste is awesome..on top of that they service of Take Out Brooklyn they are really fast for take out orders without any changes in quality & quantity of food. more

If you have a middle eastern cuisines craving in this area that a little bit upscale in terms of quality, 1001 Nights Restaurant is the place. Everything they serve is made fresh and tastes fresh. I have used their Fast Food Delivery Brooklyn which is really fast and prompt they deliver the order on time fresh food with the same taste which we used to enjoy at the 1001 Nights Restaurant. Now i can enjoy the delicious Lamb Shish Kebab at my home when ever i want.... :) more

Great food; especially the plov, samsa & shish kebab the service was fast! There was live entertainment of a beautiful belly dancer. 1001 Nights Restaurant is so wildly good I eat there almost every week; Everything on the menu is fantastic! Huge portions make for great leftovers the next day. A restaurant that offers the best Middle Eastern food around. more

1001 Nights Restaurant is my favorite regard to Middle Eastern food. 1001 Nights Restaurant met and exceeded my experiences with new and different dishes that I've never had that were super fresh and delicious. The standard Middle Eastern standards are fantastic: samsa & plov. Highly recommended to get the shish kebab. completely fantastic was a bit much after all those appetizers. Nice place for dinner or lunch with family or friends. more

I have found my new dinner place! i Had the plov, salad and soup delivered from 1001 Nights Restaurant to Dumbo and everything arrived delicious and fresh. Even the soup was still hot. It's not often you get this kind of top quality food, large portions and great service at such a decent price. Very impressed. more

I love this place! Delicious, cheap, and generously portioned. make sure you try the shish kebab & samsa, appetizer are also amazingly good. It is a best place for delicious,Middle - Eastern food. They deserve the five stars. Fantastic, authentic, fresh middle eastern food. Everything is good here, even if you think you don't like something from the way it sounds. I've been thoroughly satisfied every time I eat here. Plus it's not expensive, at all! It's all good. more

It Was A Very Worthwhile Experience 8/16/2011

My husband and I came across 1001 Nights Restaurant while looking for a place to eat dinner on 35 Neptune Ave. It was Wednesday night around 8:30pm, the restaurant looked promising: not too busy but enough people dining to suggest it was a popular place, several interesting menu options. We can say that it was a very worthwhile experience. The shish kebab & samsa are inexpensive & SUPER delicious and most of all, the service was quick and easy. We didn't have to spend more time waiting for the food. It was provided to us right when we paid - HOT and FRESH. We almost believe that everyone should give it a shot and would probably enjoy it a little or A LOT! more

My Top Dining Experiences In New York 8/8/2011

1001 Nights Restaurant ranks as one of my top dining experiences in New York. It's not because Middle Eastern is my favorite cuisine. Everything was served family-style, and each dish had its own unique flavor. My biggest concern before coming to 1001 Nights Restaurant was that all of the dishes would have the same garlic, tahini and lemon flavoring as many fast-food Middle Eastern places do, but all the dishes are very much delicious than the others. 1001 Nights Restaurant is different. 1001 Nights Restaurant i like that place 7/28/2011

This is a review from the last 2 times I've been here. Once was on a random Wednesday night...and the other time was on a Saturday night. On both occasions, we had really good service On both occassions, there was a belly dancer shimmying to classic music. The hookah is very smooth...highly enjoyable and reasonably priced. The decor is festive, fresh and traditional...nice restaurant 1001 Nights Restaurant i like that place. more

Most Delicious & The Most Exotic Restaurant 7/13/2011

I absolutely love 1001 Nights Restaurant. My wife and I always take our special guests here. The food is super amazing, we always had the best service. I love the atmosphere, there is great entertainment. Just make sure you go there hungry, because there is so much good food to try. It is the most delicious and the most exotic restaurant in Brooklyn and surrounding area. more
