I recently became a patient at #1 West Park Dental, and I saw some negative reviews about this office. At first i do have the feeling i might end up with the same bad experiences at other people have. At the same time I could not let go about the FREE BLEACHING so i became a patient. However, I had such a good experiences for this office. \r \r The State of Art dental office that i have not seen. The doctor was so nice to me and explained all the treatment that i need and show me how take care of my teeth not to get cavity. The staff was also so nice that checking my insurance and giving me all the copay break down before they start the treatment.\r \r After finished my treatment i did get a FREE BLEACHING and i am so happy that i choose the right dental office and will continue to become their patient. I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to come to this office. more

I took my son in for a cleaning and, at the same time, they were able to accommodate me as well. We were watching the same movie while getting our cleaning done. It was a great distraction for kids. more

I am new to Santa Clara and was looking for a dentist. My co-worker recommended this office off of S. Winchester Blvd. It turned out to be a great place. I had my cleaning done in a timely manner and my dentist was great. Luckily, no cavities ;) I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. more

I've been to West Park Dental for the past two years. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. They clearly explained and outlined the cost and dental procedures. My dentist was friendly and gentle. I would continue coming back. more

I actually had a good dental experience. Imagine that. The staff was great! My exam was very thorough and I didn't feel pressured to do any additional services. They outlined my current health, the recommended procedures, and gave me the time to consider my options. I would definitely come back. This place has caused me sleepless nights. I think that they lied about the dentist being an orthodontist. You've been warned. I wish that I had. Pros: I tried, but cannot think of any. Cons: The front office as well as the one who does braces. more

My Insurance gives me limited options for dentists. I have small children 3 and 5 we all go here and they are patient, through and respect that children might be a little anxious. They do not restrain the children or have a set protocol on how to treat them they handle each child on an individual basis. I would definitely recommend this dentist. We had to wait one time but we were aware of this because one of the dentists were sick. more

BE CAREFUL WITH THE OFFICE NO 1 WEST PARK DENTAL. I'AM A DENTAL ASSISTANT AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER. THE WAY THEY WORK IS VERY MESSY AND DIRTY, THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL WITH THE COSTUMERS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I WILL MOST CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THAT DENTISTRY. THE WAY THE EMPLOYEES WORK IS DANGEROUS. THE EMPLOYEES ALSO ARE IMPACIENT AND DONT TAKE THEIR TIME (WHICH IS BAD). more

BEWARE OF THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I saw their ad on the front page of Penny Saver and they advertised ""Free 1 Hour Teeth Whitening"" for new patients. I thought it was a great deal and went in for dental cleaning & exam. They told me to arrive 15 minutes early on my first visit and I did. After initial paperwork they seated me in a patient chair. I ended up waiting 45 minutes before I was seen by a dentist.\r \r They told me I had to get 2 fillings and a new crown. I routinely see the dentist 2x a year and my previous dentist did not tell me I had any cavities. So I was suspicious about their recommendations. I agreed to the 2 fillings and came back for a second visit. This time I waited for an hour before the dentist worked on me. It turns out this office takes patients with no insurance and gives them priority because they pay cash. After the fillings I scheduled for my free tooth whitening.\r \r On my last visit I waited 30 minutes. The dentist looked at my chart and told me I had to get the crown before my tooth whitening procedure could be performed. The reason he gave me was my tooth was so damaged the tooth whitening would not work on it. Therefore I will have a visibly stained tooth that stands out after the whitening. Innocently, I believed him and spent $500 on an expensive crown. I was forced to reschedule my whitening appt due to this. On my last visit they finally whitened my teeth. However, the technicial did not use good products because my teeth does not look any different. I think their advertisement is a way for them to bring patients in so they can recommend unnecessary procedures to offset the cost of their free whitening. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I'VE MADE!!! more
