THE GUYS AT RENTAL DEPOT HELP ME WITH A BOBCAT RENTAL AND WERE VERY HELPFULL. I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE BOBCAT AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFULL IN TEACHING ME. I SAVED OVER 200.00 DOLLARS ON THE RENTAL BECAUSE THEY GAVE SUNDAYS FOR FREE. \r THANK YOU RENTAL DEPOT. more

DO NOT RENT HERE! Equipment is old and not maintained. I have rented equipment for over 35 years from many rental companies with no problems. I rented equipment here and nothing worked properly. They close early on Saturday and there is no after hours phone number to call if you have a problem. I left several messages that the equipment was not working. I couldn't get my job done. I had to send two workers home and wasted the entire weekend. I returned the equipment Monday morning and management was nasty and would not give me a credit. They made me pay full price even though it didn't work. Rent from another company that has good equipment and treats their customers fairly. more

rented a equipment trailer and the staff supplied a receiver (pintle hitch) and hitched the trailer up. During the trip the trailer came un hitched and caused almost 2000 dollars in damage to the back of the truck. Upon further inspection of the trailer, it was discovered that the safety pin that goes threw the receiver to keep it from opening was not used. The tung of the trailer had metal plates welded to it, there was no license plate, the wheel bearings were bad (you could move the wheels from side to side), it had car tires , not trailer tires and one of the tires only had 10psi of air pressure. The staff's response to this was, "" well, you're insurance will cover this"" and "" we never use the safety pin and we have never had a problem"" and finally "" that tire always has a leak, I should have checked that"" Horrible company to rent from I will never do it again and would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. more
