1 800 The Law2

I was referred to a lawyer who initially acted like he cared, then once the paperwork was signed, I hardly heard from him. The only communication I get from the lawyer's office comes when I CALL, sometimes I get some random person and sometimes I leave a message which is not returned. The lawyer and his staff consistently give me different information too - so I really have no idea what's going on. I called 1800 - The Law -2 to talk to them about the lawyer they referred me to and they didn't do much and don't seem to be able to. Lawyers pay to be a part of the ""Walker and Walker"" network, they aren't selected based on performance or skill - it's just a means to advertise. Save yourself the trouble, get a referral from a friend or the Bar Assocation. more
