We have used 3 different phone companies to repair our Norstar Nortel phone system, and 1-800-LA Phones was the only company that handled our issues timely & at a reasonable rate....

Worst service ever and even sold us broken equipment. Never took our calls and never returned calls for complaints. STAY AWAY!! BEWARE... Pros: Nothing Cons: Bad equipme...

Ryan their telecommunication technician did an outstanding job installing my company's new phone system. He was polite, courteous and extremely professional. The total installation time was quick. I have recommended 1 800 L.A. Phones to other companies. more

Best in OC 10/7/2008

In the past, I've used similar companies in the OC area and the end results have always been disappointing to disasterous. Finally I have found a company that takes pride in their products and provides quick & professional installation! Kudos! more
