The Great Lakes Medieval Faire is going on now ( I just got home from it). If you enjoy Medieval times then this is a great way to spend a day (now through the beginning of Aug.). My favorite is the human chess game, but they also have various other things, jousting, comedy, music, things for the kids to do, human powered rides. If you'd like you can also dress in costume. Every weekend is a different theme. more

If you're looking for a knight in armour then check out the Medieval Faire. fun all around entertainment includes, jousting, human chess game, music, dancing, food, human powered rides. Costumes are fantastic, even visitors dress for the time period. So dust off your english accent and sword and head over to the Faire for a fun filled day. Parking is plentiful and prices are reasonable more
