Flawless Crown! 7/26/2010

I found Dr. Eric Jackson with an internet search and read all the excellent reviews. I completely agree!! He and his staff were absolutely fantastic. I broke a big silver filling and my dentist was out of town (as usual). I was seen by Dr. Jackson the same day and we were able to take impressions for a crown. What really blew me away was he sent me for a "custom shade" at the lab where they were making my crown to make sure the cosmetics were as perfect as possible. Best of all, Dr. Eric said he includes this service free of charge to patients!!! I went to the lab in Bolingbrook and they photographed, sketched, and used this color machine on my teeth. It was really interesting. I got my crown put in yesterday and it is completely flawless. You can't even tell work has been done. I love it! Thank you so much Dr. Jackson!! You've made me so happy. My family will be switching to your office ASAP. more

Excellent office! 2/8/2010

This is a top notch dental office that is the cream of the crop. The entire staff as well as the dentists & hygienists are compassionate and informative. They really treat you like family giving honest opinions and superior care. I'd drive a long way to keep coming back to this office. more

I took my 3 year old son to see Dr. Jackson for his very first dental appointment. I was scared that he would be afraid of the dentist as I am, but instead he LOVED it! I actually had to make him leave the office. Dr. Jackson was super sweet and patient with my son, and the office has this great "kids room", train set and video game system and all. I would suggest anyone with children come see Dr. Jackson.? more

Excellent Dentist 12/4/2009

While I don't have any kids, and haven't had any major work done by Dr. Eric, I can tell you that he is an excellent dentist. I love getting my teeth here. He takes the time to educate you as a patient. I've been going to the dentist for a long time and have had a lot of cleanings, but with Dr. Jackson I learned a lot about my mouth and why things are done the way they are. Until I met Dr. Eric, I hadn't made a real connection with a dentist. This is a great office and I'm so glad he is now co-owner.? more

I absolutely love this office! I've been a patient of Dr. Eric's for 4 years now and both my daughter and I love him. Everyone at this office is great! The staff is courteous and professional yet fun at the same time. The dental hygienists are top notch and give some of the best cleanings I've ever had. I just started Invisalign with Dr. Eric and can't wait to have straight teeth. My daughter loved the office's "Tooth Fairy Day" and it really made her excited to brush her teeth. I could go on and on but will just say that this is a tremendous office for both children and adults. If you're looking for a dentist I'd recommend Dr. Eric and his staff to anyone. more
