Chuck the owner, appears to be a nice guy, but is not reliable. He never fully completed my A/C installation. Basically, he got me up and running but rushed the job and threw everything together. Cosmectic details were not finished and I have contacted him almost everyday for over a month since the installation and everytime I got a song and dance. He tells you he will be there the next day to finish what he had started and then never shows up, or tells you the part is out of stock or got damaged during shipping. Has too many excuses. My fault is that I had paid him in full even when the job was not completed. Now he got his money and does not give a rats a__ about finishing the job. I will eventually have to finish up what Mr. Unreliable started. So just a little note to everyone out there, "Beware of Chuck"!!!!!
