Review content:
We were very impressed with the way our recent claim was handled with the help of Liz , one of the assistants in the Chatham office. This was the first claim we had in years. The last claim we had, we were with another company and we really felt we were on our own. In the case of our recent claim, however, even though the State Farm claim Center was easy to deal with, Liz was there to ‘hold our hand’ throughout the process.
