We recently built a new home and used MLC Windows, we went to a couple of other companies before deciding on MLC, the reasons we decided on them is because when we went for our inital visit the owner was extremly happy and helpful, he was willing to answer our questions and show us the products available without us feeling rushed at all, the prices are very reasonable and they have a nice variety of windows and doors.. We ordered our windows and were told the date they would be out to install the windows and on the specified date they were there, which was not very common in our house building experience. We ordered a full decorative front door with 2 decorative side panels and on the date of installation they installed a plain door, explaning to us that this was a "loaner door", basically we could use this door during the building process and when we were ready they would come back and install our decorative front door, we thought this to be SUPER as the house was still basically just a frame and we feared the front door getting ruined to begin with... so when the time came our front door and screens were installed to perfection...
I highly recommend MLC Windows and I will use them again when I build my next home!
