Review content:
This establishment run by a Lebonese family has the worst customer service I've ever seen in all my years of eating out. Its my second visit, and I get there with my friends and I am the first one to put in my order. My friends get there order and are almost done, when I go to the manager to ask him about my lunch, and he says its not ready yet. Five minutes later I again ask him, so hurriedly he plates my lunch and hands it to me. By this time, my friends have already finished their meal and are essentially waiting for me to finish... I cut into my kabob and its still raw inside!! I go back to the manager a third time, and he says he can put it on the grill for a few more minutes, with no apologies. Really perplexed, I tell him my friends are already done with their meals, and I kindly ask him for somekind of compensation for making me wait for so long, and I was still hungry!! At any other place, the manager would just give one to me, not this miserly manager! He was like, "Tough luck." I asked for my money back, and left. From what my friends told me of the food, it was drab and the meat was a bit undercooked. Eat there at your own risk!!
