Review content:
Upon arriving at Sapphire I was welcomed with a egotistic stare rather than a large welcoming smile from the hostess. I shook this initial sneer off proceeded to the bar (since my table wasn't ready). After a 45 minute wait and 2 very weak Gin and Tonics I was escorted to our table which was conveniently stuck in the middle of the room. I started with the Caesar fondue (which tasted like Paul Newman's step-son made it)). I then sprung for the Baked Korobuta pork shank which tasted I had to chew for about 45 minutes before I was able to swallow... I skipped dessert. If you do end up going don't say I did not warn you!!!!!! STAY AWAY Pros: The Location Cons: Service and food
