Review content:
I ordered my wedding cake from this bakery. I shopped around for a low price, but I know now that I should have paid more to make sure it arrived! I was in the limo on the way to the reception when the best man got a phone call from someone saying the wedding cake, which was supposed to be delivered by 4, was not there yet, at 5:30. My mom called the bakery and they told her they FORGOT about it, and that the decorator had gone home. So they got the decorator back in, took out three heart shaped cakes out of their freezer, slapped some frosting on them and drove it over. The woman came in wearing a sloppy dirty apron, and set the cake up at 7:30, more than 3 hours late. She didn't secure my cake topper on it so it fell off and scraped off the frosting on the front of the cake. And to top it off, when it was time to cut up the cake, it was still frozen solid! Good thing the hall provided a beautiful dessert table or I wouldn't have had any desserts! The bakery absolutely refused to give me any money back for it either. Don't waste your time there, pay a little more and go to Party Cakes in Berkley!
