Shirley hit it right on the nose. April is def an EXPERT in hair care, color, moisturizing, etc. She knows the in's and out's of maintaining your hair and her products are so upscale!(i love her for that) But whenever I go to April I know that I will need to go home/car to restyle my hair. I make my appts knowing that is what I'm gonna have to do. Which sucks b/c the public doesn't know that you just got your hair MAINTAINED. You want to show them that you just got your hair DONE a.k.a STYLED! When you leave the salon and it looks fresh and shiny and curls are perfect that proves that you just left the salon. I wish I could just find a one stop STYLIST. Someone who can maintain, style and who's cost efficient. This rating is not to harm April or knock her down. But it's a polite and respectful way to ask for improvement. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Her workers are awesome. The price is right. It's just that one thing. Give the client what they ask for or just be honest enough to say that you are unable to perform that style. Instead of just styling hair the opp of what the client desired. The style is the last step to making the first impression perfect.
