I've gone to Shogun's many, many times over the years, and I can only count the bad experiences on one hand.
Their staff is wonderful and attentive, and the majority of their chefs cook perfect meals every time. The sushi is the best in Montgomery!
Watch out for the new guy they have there, though...he seems to be of Indian descent (I hate to say it that way, but I didn't catch his name), often wears a blue hat and he cannot cook AT ALL. He undercooked the chicken AND the shrimp! When we asked him to put them back on a little longer, he burnt them to a crisp! He also has a cellphone with a VERY ANNOYING RINGTONE that will go off through the entire dinner!
Even for that, I still give this place five stars.
