i will say more though - this man is the rudest person i think i've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with. i will never buy from his company again. his helper ann marie is just as rough and gruff as he is. ask him a question, he's so above you that, he cannot be bothered. why would his parents want him to run the company that they probably spent blood, sweat and tears to build - only to let this a-hole be president?/???????? i mean, your customers, mr. jerk, are the only reason you have food and clothing on your back? do you forget that when you treat people who order from you that aspect of it? at what point did it occur to him - hmmm - they (the customers) need me more than I need them? because if you mistreat enough of your customers, it just may happen, that one day, you'll end up with nothing. you certainly have nothing now in the way of any personality, kindness or respect for your customers. you need a serious attitude adjustment. i'm not just some person who wants to rant and rave....i'm trying to help the other people out there understand that if they have encountered you, that they are not the only one's out there. you are a very mean person who needs to be knocked down off of the high horse you've been on for quite some time and actually give back to the people. you suck - i mean you really are a jerk. maybe if you stop for a moment and reflect on the ways you've spoken to those not only around you, but those who call for your services, you would realize how blessed you truly are to be "president" of such a good business that people are interested in and the luxury kind of lifestyle that you may have because of it. stop being an a-hole for once in your life!
