My experiences have been very good, I go to another doctor in the office. I made my appointment which was the usual time frame for any new patient. I was treated with courtesy and the doctor explained the treatment. I had a procedure and went home. I called a couple of weeks later and had some concerns. My call was returned that day and I was told to come in. The doctor was polite and he addressed my concerns. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Dr. Jonathan Gold's office and remained a patient to this day. Rose L.
