A little scary when you first pull up, it is an old motel that has been referb. The staff was very nice and helpful with things to do and see in and around Fairhope. The rooms were surprisingly nice when we went to our room after seeing the outside. We found everything excelent except for one big thing to us. We are vertically challenged, I am 5'3" and my wife is 5', the counter where the sink is came almost to our shoulders. The frig. is installed next to the sink so they had to raise the counter to accommodate the frig. We really liked the location, we could get up in the morning and walk on the beach or on a pathway that leads to Fairhope, you are only a couple of minutes drive from downtown Fairhope. The rooms are really quite the only noise we ever heard was when someone was walking up the stairs that were located directly in front of our room.
