Review content:
This company agreed to install equipment of a certain brand and specs. They promised if the work was not done to our satisfaction they would remove the equipment and return our "investment". We gave them 3 chances to install the proper equipment. They never did. They have refused to honor any of the alleged guarantees. My advice, based on my experience is that you should not rely on any of their guarantees or promises. Be very careful. We made a $10,000 plus mistake and have gone through a terrible ordeal with them. They go by multiple names. One of them is Comfort Experts Inc and another is Hobson Air Conditioning Inc. There web ads and advertising are very slick. I wish I had never run across them. Without a doubt the worst purchasing experience of my life. Be careful and good luck.
