Colorado Springs, CO: Brian L. A. Wess - Realtor, CRS, ABR, GRI, e-PRO was voted "BEST REALTOR IN COLORADO SPRINGS 2006" in the Colorado Springs Independent News Readers Poll and was honored at a black tie reception on December 7th at the Briarhurst Manor in Manitou Springs.
Additionally, in July of this year, Brian was selected from hundreds of nominees by Real Estate Magazine and RISMedia as "ONE OF THE TOP 50 REALTORS ON THE RISE IN THE UNITED STATES FOR 2006" and was also voted "BEST UP & COMING BUSINESS LEADER UNDER 40 FOR 2006" by the Colorado Springs Business Journal Readers Poll.
The yearly poll, conducted by the Colorado Springs Independent News, asks readers to vote for what they believe are the best in over 200 categories ranging from The Best Realtor to the Best Place for Pizza. This year the Independent News received close to 3500 responses and winners were published in 2 large weekly issues.
Mr. Wess attributes his success to the high degree of customer service he provides his clientèle, his large amount of ongoing real estate education and the hundreds of volunteer hours he gives back to the community. Wess focuses and prides himself on being a smaller, more personal, quality of service rather than a "Big Box" once size fits all Realtor.
