Review content:
Books-A-Million is not one of my favorite places to shop, nor is it my husband's. They have quite a few sections of books, but not many titles in some sections. This is n't because there are a lack of books that will go in these sections, they just do not carry them. Also, the store is rather small for the amount of inventory that they have placed in the store, and the coffee shop is the size of a walk-in closet. It seems as though they do not have enough help, either. Everytime that my husband or I have a question, we have to get in the long lines of people that are trying to check out, and wait, just to get an answer. When we go to check out, we have to wait in long lines again. I think that this store could be greatly improved by moving to another, larger location and increasing the size and efficiency of their staff.
