When ordering the glasses and frames for the new prescrtion the technician cleaned my old glasses and broke the frames. First I was charged $225.00, the full price for frames that they had that did not fit my old frames which I had to wear these glasses until my others returned, for about two week. Then because I protested they gave me a $112.50 for half.
I found an old frame at home that would fit these frames which they put in for me but not refund me the other $112.50.
I have made trips and phone calls which have not been returned. This was their error not mine. Will not do business again with this company,
