Review content:
Spanky's Pizza House is in the Moultrie Publix shopping center. It has a very small dining room that has about a dozen tables or so, and it does a wonderful carry-out business. Their pizza's are very good. Comparable to any small town pizza joint, but much better than any pizza chain in town.
I personally love their Manicotti. Any of their past dishes are excellent, and you get a lot for you money.
The carry out service is fast,and the wait staff is always friendly and helpful.
