Same business different lot.
Purchased a used vehicle at Thrifty. People were courteous and attentive during sale.
We had 15 day window to return vehicle if dissatisfied but unfortunately after about 30 days we discovered a fairly serious problem. Clearly a case of "Caveat Emptor"
We fretted and plotted our strategy. We called and they said bring in it for them to look at. Upon arrival we were sent to service where the problem was examined. Then told yes, they should have caught that and repairs were made as soon as parts could be acquired. All in all this made this the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had ! I'd go back in a minute !
