When purchasing the materials to replace our deck we needed a truck to get the decking material home since the boards were 16' long and to big for our vehicle.
We went up to rent the truck and since there are only two at this site we asked if there was any way to hold one of them without having to rent the truck while we were still purchasing the products. The guy was great and told us to go ahead with the transaction in renting the truck, fill out the paper work and when we were ready to pull off the property to come back in and he would update the time so that the hourly rental time would begin as we were pulling away to head home. This was a great factor which we never knew about since most of your rental time would be buying the items, loading the truck and unloading the truck. By doing this we were able to get the truck back in under an hour and weren't charged any additional fee other than the 19.95 plus tax. Basically for 22.xx we had a hassle free way of transporting all our materials for our new deck home.
