I am so surprised by these previous reviews! I read the reviews prior to the end of July, but based on the stores circular, I had already planned on stopping by anyway. I live in the neighborhood, so I went in to comparison shop- I had already been to three other stores. The showroom is beautiful! I was greeted when I walked in, and I was helped by Michael, who was very helpful regarding sizing issues and explaining my different options. I got a great price (based on the three other stores) and had very good service. My livingroom set came within the time they said it would, and I love my new sectional! Bottom line, if I had listened to the past reviewers- I probably would not have shopped there! You can't please everyone- and most people only take the time to 'complain' !! I am sure there are many other satisfied customers out there, otherwise this store wouldnt have been in business for as long as they have. They have been there for a long time, so they must be doing something right!
I would definately shop there again.
