Wow, we really got 5 star treatment there. I made the appointment for my boyfriend for tattoo removal and the woman I spoke too was so friendly. She explained everything to me, gave me all the available options. Set up a time right away and once we were there, it was clean and everyone was friendly. She was very patient with my boyfriend and I who had a lot of questions, and really went over everything. Got him approved for a pay off plan right there and set up and appointment for him. I was so happy with the overall treatment we received, the knowledge and the interest the staff had in helping us.
Pros: The people are so nice andwilling to help you with anything
Cons: It's hard to get an appointment
