I am currently going through the laser tattoo removal process, I've only had 1 treatment so far, but am very very pleased. I initially went for a consultation in the Philadelphia location, but was turned off from their horrendous customer service and unprofessionalism. I love everyone at the K of P office! Catherine was amazing during my consultation, professional and real, listened to and answered my questions, and didn't feed me any B.S. I was a ball of nerves at my first appointment, but Laurene and Liz made me so comfortable and they are the only reason I made it through the treatment (you're numb, but it DOES hurt). I feel like I am in excellent hands there, I am very happy with my decision to go there. I have full confidence in the procedure, and most importantly - I trust them!
