Review content:
CB Lucas had installed the heat and air in our new home. So, when a problem arose with our heat I called them first. I was really not thrilled with the service. Not sure if they just did not want to do warranty service or not. Basically, they came out several times and said they could find nothing wrong with the heat, even though there was definitely a problem. I wasted alot of leave and got nothing from them. maybe it was one bad experience, but I would not use them again.
