My story is similar to those below. Don't be fooled by the lovely sales people; once they have your money, you deal with delivery and customer service. Much like Merrill Lynch, they are a breed apart. They truly excel at what they do. And what they do is insult you by dismissing any concerns you have before you even finish the sentence. They take pleasure in getting the better of you, in letting you know they have your money and there is nothing you can do except write reviews to warn others not to be fooled like you were.
Pros: Good sales people, beautiful showroom
Cons: Service with a sneer
