Ordered a couch that was suppose to be delivered in 8-10 weeks. They lied, Natuzzi takes 14-16 weeks like every honest furniture place said it would, so don't be fooled like I was. March 16 my couch was delivered, two weeks later I notice a rip and the frame was broken. called numerous times and emailed finally after 4 weeks set up an appt for a natuzzi dealer to look at the couch. He said his report has to be in between 24-48 hours. that was the end of april and we are now in the middle of june. I have called and they said they have not received the report. they are such liars. i would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here unless they want to be lied to and wait weeks to speak to customer service.
Pros: Good Prices
Cons: Liars and terrible customer service.
