Review content:
Pat Whyte is a great realtor who knows how to find and how to sell modern architecture. This makes her a rare and important resource, since Madison is not a city awash in well-designed buildings.
I worked with Pat upon my return from California and she did a great job: it took a while, but we found a perfect space and got it at a terrific price. I have worked with several realtors in San Francisco and Madison on all sorts of deals and working with Pat was a pleasure.
She's affiliated with Restaino Bunbury & Associates, the realty agency in Madison which, I get the impression, is top of the foodchain.
