Although no longer a member, I was a few months ago. This gym has plenty of options to get fit. You will find racquetball courts, tennis courts, tanning beds and the usual weights and cardio machines. Their is a monthly fee but no yearly membership so you can cancel at any time. The cost per month is very inexpensive and there is an option of a friend going with you at no cost to them. So you can have a membership and your friend can go along free. The building is large and there is plenty of room but I found that during peek hours, it was too crowded for my liking. Although there are people of all ages that go it does attract a younger crowd. The showers and dressing rooms are well maintained and always clean. Plenty of room and lockers to go around. For an additional fee you can hire a personal trainer to help motivate and guide you. Oddly enough, after your workout you can enjoy a bottle of water, juice or a BEER! Yes, that is right, they sell beer there. But it is controlled, it is not a bar atmosphere in anyway. If you need a place to work out and don't have a lot of money to spend on a membership this is the place for you.
