I got my wedding ring and band here and it could not have been a better experience. My first engagement ring had a crack in it due to sizing it down from a 7 to a 5 and then down again to a 4. I asked if I could get it replaced. They said it would be no problem and ordered a new one for me on the spot (we bought the special protection program with it). I was allowed to continue to wear the ring I had and when the new one came in, they just did an even exchange. Very simple, I didn't have to argue or fight about it. They are also very friendly there and are sure to offer you coffee or a snack. I recently had my ring inspected and cleaned. The whole process took about 25 minutes. But, when they were done my ring looked brand new and I couldn't have been happier!
