Capers offers a unique dining environment for the area. The menu includes inventive and delicious items which use gourmet ingredients and go beyond the usual chain restaurant and other fare available locally. This is literally the only venue for fresh baked artisan breads within an hour drive...the closest being Panera in Wichita. If you crave food with a special and memorable flare, try out Capers for breakfast, lunch, or a coffee break and you won't be disappointed!
