Just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been since you did my basement last year. We had a fairly wet spring and my basement stayed dry. When the work was done last year the crew was well organized and had a plan for each day. They completed each day, even adjusting to weather issues on one of the days. The foreman kept me informed and was always available if I had questions. The supervisor would stop by and make sure things were going well and on time. When I called back about a week after the job was finished to express that I was unhappy with the sump pump placement, the supervisor came back and agreed to work with me on where I would like it to be. I am looking forward to many years with a dry basement. Karen M.
