Fantasy Gifts located at 5101 NJ-42 #12 Blackwood NJ 08012 has the rudest and unprofessional women working in the store. I was the only person in the store at the time other then the female employees who were working. It was very hot and muggy in the store and also smelled like mold and mildew. I removed the mask from my face so that I was able to breath like a normal person. The unprofessional female employees all ganged up on me and ask me to leave the store. I refused and told them about my breathing issues. They DID NOT care at all. Mind you no other customers where in the store. I placed my mask back up over my face to simply comply so the situation was not escalated further. I told the owner to go back to work that my mask was on. They then proceed to tell me to leave the store because I was the one being rude by telling one worker "to go back to work". Mind you its their job to work. "I am exempt from ALL REGULATION mandating face mask usage in public. Wearing a face mask poses a health risk to me. Per ADA and HIPAA privacy polices, I am not required to disclose my personal medical conditions to anyone. Department of Justice ADA violation information line: 800-514-0301. Organizations and businesses can be fined $75,000.00 for the first ADA violation and $150,000.00 for any subsequent violation." Even though I tried to explain this they didn't care. I will be reporting this violation to the Dept. of Justice and they will be fined for their actions. They are suppose to provide lawful and necessary consideration to aid the bearer in the unimpeded exercise of constitutionally protected rights." They did none of this. They didn't care about my rights, my breathing issues or anything I was trying to explain to them. I am so hurt. Again so highly upset with they way I was treated. There was no reason for this. Shame on them and the female employees who all ganged up on me. In addition to all of this the prices are outrageous.
